Andrew Lichauer
Director of Engineering
Andrew Lichauer is Director of Engineering at EticaAG, where he leads the design, development, and validation of the company’s immersion-cooled energy storage systems.
With deep expertise in systems engineering, power electronics, and battery safety, Andrew guides the technical direction behind EticaAG’s non-flammable product architecture, ensuring performance, reliability, and long-term ROI for customers.
Prior to EticaAG, he held senior engineering roles in the circuit protection, energy storage, and power conversion sectors, managing cross-disciplinary teams and large-scale deployments.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the same field, with research focused on power systems and advanced electrical design.
At EticaAG, Andrew drives innovation in product design, quality, and manufacturability—aligning engineering execution with the company’s vision for safer, more resilient battery storage.
