EticaAG was founded in 2024 as a joint venture between Etica Battery and AssetGenie Inc., combining deep technical expertise with proven operational leadership. Our next-generation lithium-ion BESS uses LiquidShield™ immersion cooling to eliminate fire risk and extend battery life. This enables safe deployment in urban, indoor, and code-restricted locations where traditional solutions fall short.
