Chief Technology Officer
Jack Wu is Chief Technology Officer at EticaAG, where he leads total system design, safety innovation, and the integration of new technologies across the company’s non-flammable energy storage platforms.
With a background in lithium-ion battery protection ICs, inverter controllers, and automated cell manufacturing, Jack brings deep technical and operational expertise to EticaAG’s product roadmap.
He has led the development and patenting of immersion cooling systems, BBU and HVDC architectures, gas management solutions for thermal runaway, and both BMS and EMS software platforms. Jack has worked extensively with UL and TUV standards and plays a central role in aligning EticaAG’s engineering strategy with industry safety and performance benchmarks.
He is driven by the opportunity to solve long-standing thermal and safety challenges in energy storage through practical, scalable innovation.
