Kevin Covert
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin Covert serves as Chief Financial Officer at EticaAG, where he leads the company’s investor funding strategy and plays a central role in guiding its expansion into U.S.-based manufacturing and domestic product development. With a background in scaling high-growth ventures, he brings deep experience in capital formation, financial strategy, and operational readiness for large-scale deployment.
Kevin is a veteran investment banker, entrepreneur, and former engineer who has co-founded and built two financial services companies. He previously co-founded Montgomery & Co., helping grow it into one of the leading technology-focused investment banks of its time, and later launched Covert & Co., an investment bank and broker-dealer serving early-stage companies.
Over his 25-year career, he has advised and financed numerous technology-driven businesses, guiding them through financing rounds, M&A transactions, and market expansion. Earlier in his career, he held investment banking roles at Credit Suisse and Salomon Brothers.
Kevin holds an MBA from Stanford University and an engineering degree from Cal Poly Pomona. His blend of technical insight and financial leadership supports EticaAG’s mission to scale safe, U.S.-manufactured energy storage solutions.
