Steven Coulter is Vice President of Information Technology at EticaAG, where he leads the company’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, software development, and digital operations. He also serves as CIO and CTO at AssetGenie, Inc., EticaAG’s joint venture partner, where he has overseen enterprise technology strategy since 2011.
With dual degrees in Mathematics and Computer Engineering from Penn State and a master’s in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, Steven combines technical depth with strong leadership in team development and process improvement.
He has led IT teams through complex systems integrations and guided in-house software platforms from development to deployment.
At EticaAG, Steven ensures the company’s information systems and digital tools support rapid growth, operational security, and long-term scalability.
