William Hanson is Vice President of Mechanical Engineering at EticaAG, where he leads the mechanical design, development, and integration of the company’s immersion-cooled battery systems. He oversees the engineering of high-precision enclosures, fluid systems, and component architectures that enable EticaAG’s non-flammable energy storage solutions.

With decades of experience in the design and project management of high-volume consumer, medical, and electromechanical products, William brings a deep understanding of manufacturability, tolerance control, and cost-effective design. His work emphasizes rapid innovation, functional reliability, and seamless coordination between mechanical and electrical systems.

Before joining EticaAG, William held senior roles directing the development of complex mechanisms and precision assemblies for global manufacturers. His expertise spans plastic and metal component design, PCBA packaging, prototype development, and offshore sourcing.
